Raz Caro, CEO: Raz is a business leader in the directional advertising industry. Before joining InC2, Raz held a number of positions at Amdocs including Vice President, Executive Account Manager and Customer Business Executive for USA, APAC and Europe key accounts. In this capacity, Raz had P&L responsibility for all tier 1 and 2 yellow pages publishers worldwide. As a manager, Raz was responsible for a staff of over 350 people in offices around the globe, providing end-to-end development, implementation, maintenance, support and outsourcing services.

Ran Paldi, VP Sales: Ran is a sales executive and a 20-year veteran of the yellow pages industry. Prior to joining InC2, Ran spent 15 years at Amdocs working in a variety of sales and pre-sales roles. Ran managed the entire sales cycle including pre-sales, deal structure, project definition, as well as design and implementation of applications for major tier 1 companies including AT&T, Verizon, RHD-DEX, SEAT Italy and TPI Spain.
